Welcome to my lesson studio
I offer lessons on drumset, mallet percussion, and music production. My goal is to help you improve your musical skills and have fun.
My studio is a safe space and a judgement-free zone where anyone is welcome. We have access to multiple drum sets, a vibraphone, malletKat, electronic controllers, and multimedia recording tools.
I have a curriculum that is adaptable to meet the needs and strengths of the student. I want to get to know the student to understand his or her learning style to find the most effective and fun approach to learning.

Lesson Policy
Payment:
I kindly ask that lessons for the month are paid ahead of time, no later than the first lesson of the month. Payment can be submitted via cash, check, Venmo, PayPal, or Zelle.
Student cancellation:
I require a minimum of 24hr notice of cancellation, and the student is responsible to reach out to me to schedule a makeup lesson within 1-2 weeks. In the event of a cancellation with less than 24hrs notice, the lesson credit is forfeited. In the event of an emergency, I am happy to be flexible and work something out.
Teacher cancellation:
If I cancel for any reason, then a makeup will be scheduled or any unused lesson credits will be rolled over to the next month.
Performance Projects
In lieu of traditional "recitals", my lesson studio focuses on performance projects: in-studio performance videos with professional audio recording, mixing, and videos edited with multiple camera angles.
This could be a drum cover, a transcription, solo, or composition.
